Giusti Augusto Recantina DOC Montello 2018 ($37.95 per bottle)

Recantina is a rare grape indigenous to the Montello area of central Veneto. Currently, with only 14ha of total plantings, it is a grape that had almost completely disappeared. But luckily with producers such as Giusti seeing the inherited qualities of the grape it is starting to garner attention, as the resulting wines are intriguing, and of high quality.
