Produced by brothers Mariano and Jorge Navascues the Cutio (which means ‘Forever’ in Aragonese) has evolved significantly since the last vintage. The addition of Carinena brings in a marked balsamic character. There is a creamy quality, which plays against a slight rustiness, tree bark and mint. Fine grain tannins and a fresh balanced acidity. 85% Garnacha 15% Carinena with both varietals coming off from 50+ year old Bush vines . 90 Points – LG-‐ The Wine Advocate
