Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes, or the Territories.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping is available in Ontario only for a flat rate fee of $10.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

• Ontario – 2-5 Business Days 

During checkout, you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card or another payment method will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.

General Shipping Information

Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from FIL Delivery at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.

We require a signature and age verification at the time of delivery. You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase from Vintage Trade.

Order Tracking 

Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email including your tracking details and shipment status. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time scheduled please contact us at orders@vintagetrade.com
